In the issue, there are stories about those who are changing Lutsk today:
- Ella Yatsuta, head of the "Algorythm" NGO and founder of "Frontera" Literary Platform
- Ruslana Porytska, head and director of "Harmyder" theater
- Taras Datsiuk, architect, urban planner, participant of "misto.reboot" NGO
And also, our story about the revitalization of the former "Ukrtelecom" building in the center of Lutsk. We are reimagining this space to create a place of power for creative industries. It is a place where new ideas take shape and urban initiatives find their voice.

This time, they talked about the feeling of guilt: how to recognize it, where it comes from, and how to work with it so as not to get stuck in the autopilot of reactions.
Monthly meetings on emotional intelligence have become a good tradition for our team. We are learning to better understand ourselves and others, to become aware of our emotions, and to choose reactions that lead to change and results.
Emotional intelligence isn't about "right" or "wrong." It's about the freedom to be and act consciously.
