A delegation from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change visited Lutsk to learn more about the city’s growing creative landscape. The Institute — founded by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair — is one of the world’s leading policy and advisory organisations.

The space was designed taking into account the needs of residents and will operate in the spring-autumn period.
